The client was seeking a new way to inform clientele of products and services while decreasing perceived waiting time in line and print media expenditures.
M’Pact designed and conceived a digital signage network with 2 screens per branch, plus a personalized music channel featuring unique on-hold messages. We also developed additional security measures to maintain central control over narrowcasted content while still offering independent branches local permissions. Finally we designed the stainless steel casings for the screens in line with the Desjardins image.
A highly successful roll-out the quality of our work was noted as “above expectations” by the Project Manager to whom we were a third party supplier.
