An expansion project of more than 40% over the next five years presented several communication challenges inside the walls of the hospital. A need to communicate in real time with users of the facility included messages surrounding: temporary department moves, public notices, prevention of infections, available services and more.
M’Pact installed 4 large format LCD screens in varying locations throughout the facility targeted at two principle user groups : Clientele (Patients & Visitors) and Personnel. The solution allows adapted communications by department based on time of day, day of week and in selected zones spanning the hospital.
The M’Pact solution allows for immediate dissemination of information inside hospital walls, as well as decreased waiting time in the emergency room.
